This project will focus on ‘Fragments’ or pieces, as we will begin with the minor architectural elements, namely the Brick. The Brick is a fragment of architecture; it carries such a rich and profound history and therefore represents a powerful potential for space, material, and landscape. We will research its history, advance it to its future, and find design innovations that will spring from this ancient fragment.
