The visually impaired people have always been concerned by the society,andthe society has given them different aspects and levels of care. However, whenphysical buildings and infrastructure are involved in this problem, they oftenonly solve the basic life needs of safety and convenience.

And this plan is to solve the higher-level needs (emotion, ability, value) of the vi-sually impaired. The plan puts the able-bodied and the visually impaired in onespace, and guides and perceives through multi-sensory stimulation besidesvision. The functional space that weakens the visual orientation serves as amedium for the able-bodied and the visually impaired to communicate andwork together, so that the society can have a deeper understanding of the visu-ally impaired and break the barrier between the two groups.
